At ICccR & HRM, for imparting contemporary understanding of polito-economic issues, Friday Club has been formalized that develops negotiation and brainstorming skills amongst budding professionals. Students at International Centre actively engage in community outreach programmes, cultural & literary pursuits including book reviews, industry analysis, role plays, roadshows, swachhta campaigns, industry sponsored research and
hackathons.
Some of the major Friday Club activities include: Mock group discussions, personal interviews, case study/Industry analysis including SWOT Management Book Reviews, Role plays / Brain Storming, Extension-outreach
activities, peace building and 'Go Green' & 'Stay Swachh' drive. Self-Development Lab sessions & Experiential exercises are also conducted in a feedback focussed format aimed at transformative personal development.
ICccR & HRM, JU has initiated the ‘Industry- Academia’ Lecture Series, ‘Prominent Lecture Series’, ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lecture Series', ‘International Business Lecture Series’ and the ‘Alumni-Connect Lecture Series’. The aim of these Lecture Series is to bring the expertise of top academicians, Industry-experts, business professionals, entrepreneurs as well as alumni to the students, faculty and research scholars at ICccR &
HRM and gain insights from them.
Under these lecture series, students, faculty and research scholars interact with academicians and industry experts from all across the globe and seek their expertise around areas of global business functioning.
