I joined the MBA (IB) course at ICccR & HRM in 2020 with high expectations. I was looking forward to learn the global scope of business and related fields and I was not let down. Despite 3 semesters being conducted in the online mode, we were exposed to not only the perfectly curated course syllabus but also regular interactions with industry leaders from across the world. My experience at the department truly shaped me as a person and eventually helped me land a Talent Acquisition Internship at OYO, one of the India's leading Unicorns. I now aim to become a full time employee at OYO which would not have been possible without the guidance of the faculty at ICccR & HRM.

Current Position: Working as Lecturer in MBA in University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu.

The centre curriculum focuses upon academic as well as co-curricular activities having international and cross cultural perspectives. The centre encourages teaching and research on various contemporary areas viz. human resource management, cross cultural management and international business. Also, the centre trains budding entrepreneurs with business intelligence for starting up their ventures and encourages entrepreneurship.

2 years back, I joined my family business, not only was it a new thing but a challenge to take it to greater level. MBA-IB at ICccR and HRM seemed like an appropriate option to take insights and gain knowledge about how to take the business nationally and internationally. Since my line of work i.e. general metal and utensils manufacturing is an unorganized sector. MBA (IB) played a significant role to gain over it. The quality of education made me feel no different from any big business school’s Post graduate degree. Great teachers, their knowledge and their support was just the cherry on the top!
