The International Centre is working with national/international partners as:

The International Centre shall also act as a nodal centre at University of Jammu for offering Skill Development Programmes in collaboration with Global Village Foundation, IIT-Jammu, Concentrix Ltd., NASSCOM Foundation & JKEDI. The underlying objective of the Skill Development Initiative is to provide training to create a scalable and sustainable ecosystem that brings together Government, Corporate and Academia. As a part of Infrastructure and IT Support CSR initiative undertaken by the Concentrix Ltd. and NASSCOM Foundation, 2-Month Certificate Programme on Skill Development was launched at two nodal centres namely ICccR & HRM and Kathua Campus, University of Jammu that aims to develop the employability skills of youth across the region. As one of its major initiatives ICccR & HRM is engaging with World Trade Center, Noida for facilitating joint industry programmes internships, research projects, innovation and entrepreneurship. Ms. Khair-Uinissa, Director, WTC Noida, is regularly visiting the Centre and interacting with the faculty and students and supports the Centre in its initiatives. The formal agreement in the matter is under consideration. The International Centre has also been associated and partnered with UNICEF and Ministry of Home Affairs supported capacity building project for National Census: 2011-12, with Prof. Neelu Rohmetra as the Project Coordinator for the Jammu Province. ICccR & HRM in collaboration with Jammu startup community has initiated various entrepreneurial accelerator programmes for students within and outside University of Jammu. Also various academic visitors from premier institutions of the country like Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIT-Bombay, MDI-Gurgaon, Rajalaxmi Business School Chennai and the like regularly visit the Centre for interactions to create opportunities for professional development of the students for promoting employability and entrepreneurship.
