I extend my heartfelt appreciation for the development of website by the International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management (ICccR & HRM) at the University of Jammu , Jammu. As the Vice Chancellor of this prestigious Institution, I am immensely proud to introduce you to ICccR & HRM dedicated for advancing Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management studies.

In today's interconnected world, the ability to navigate and thrive in diverse cultural contexts is a critical skill. ICccR & HRM has been established with a vision to foster global understanding , promote intercultural cooperation, and contribute to the ever-evolving field of human resource management. At the University of Jammu, we are committed to create a nurturing environment for research, collaboration and innovation and the ICccR & HRM is a testament to this commitment.

The International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management hosts the Academic Programs like MBA (International Business), Ph.D. program in International Business, Post Graduate Diploma in Composite Culture Management, and the Value Added Courses. Our graduates , through international pedagogy and experiential exposure develop entrepreneurial mindset, become collaborative and have global outlook through industry-based frameworks developed in class room, on-the-job training and work experience predefined for each course as per the requirement. Innovations and developing scalable start-ups at the regional level shall be our key expected outcome for those who join the International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management.
